Hi, I ordered a Samsung J7 phone worth Rs. 13000 and paid on their website immediately - Order ID[protected] . I had ordered for my brother's birthday on the 8th May. Since my order and payment, I am only getting 1 auto mail each day which states "your order is being processed" There is no other update, I tried calling the number on teh website- it just wants us to leave a voice mail and then nothing happens. I tried writing back on that mail and all I get is the same line again. I am pleading and begging on mails to let me know if the order delivery is possible by 8th or atleast tell me the refund process. Ther is no reply from them whatsoever. Please understand it is my very hard earned money and 13, 000 is too much for me. This was going to be my first expensive gift to my brother and it was going to be his FIRST phone.
