I had placed an online order#[protected] for apple iphone 5S on 27th February2016. As there was no option for Cash on Delivery I choose to pay in advance through Debit Card. I got confirmatory mail with dispatch confirmation within 7-13 days. Today is the 15th day and I have still not received any dispatch detail from the company. I had written 2 mails but received no revert from the customer care. I had called 30-40 times on there landline number[protected] but no one picked the call.
