I purchased apple iphone 6s 64 gb grey colour from syberplace online website on 14th feb 2016. Order no[protected]. Made the full payment from my credit card and opted for 6 emi. I was promised shipping in 7-13 business days. But even after 13 business days my product was not delivered. Customer helpline number of syberplace is always busy or not reachable[protected]. But after continuous efforts made by me finally i could talk to them and they assured me that it will take more 7 business days for product to be delivered. So i decided to cancel my order on 29th feb 2016. And i cancelled it. They said refund would take take 8-10 business days but till today i didn't get any intimation from them about refund. Today i called them and they said it will take more 4 business days. It is really frustrating. Meanwhile i used to mail their care & support team as well their as vp - anuj gang, mamtha reddy and gurpreet kaur. But in vain. They always used to assure that it will be delivered or you will get refund soon soon but till date no confirmation. Kindly help me in getting my refund. It is a huge amount. Value - 53499. Please for god sake help me. I am providing their email id's.
