[Resolved] Syberplace E Solutions — Didn't receive my order[protected] even after 20 days

I booked a smartphone worth 8000 Rs on 4th March 2016 and my order id is[protected] I was told that order will be delivered by 22 March 2016. I have not received my order yet and neither have they refunded me my payment. I have tried contacting them but they are just not replying to my emails. I have sent hundreds of emails, but nobody replies with the status of my order.

They called me and asked to go to PNB atm where I will generate a request through ATM transaction using an ATM transfer to their corporate account. Arnav Desai was the person who was talking to me on the phone all the time and he said as soon as the request is raised i will get a refund of all my outstanding balance of 39000.
