I purchased a samsung galaxy j2 from syberplace(order no.#[protected] at Rs.7499/- by online netbanking payment(transaction id.[protected] on 01.03.2016 but after more than 1 month is over the item was not delivered to me.After repeated mail from me to refund my money they did not refund it yet.Kindly refund my money urgengly.
