[Resolved] Syberplace E Solutions — No reply, no response, no mail help, no money back | |||||
Hi, I am nageswar rao brother of kameswar rao(Lives in hyderabad) and i am from delhi, i have ordered a phone "lenovo a7000 (Black)" on 19th feb 2016 for my brother through syberplace.com and it costed me 7, 899/ and i payed it through credit card. I got the intimation on the mail id and after 15 days i got a mail for delay in dispatch so i cancelled the order on the same day(March 3rd 2016. Till today i didnt get my money back, when my brother approached hyderabad branch they said i will get my money back and on the same day i got a mail from syberplace saying my order is closed and i will get my money credited in 8-10 days, now nobody is taking call or nobody is replying to my mail and i didnt get money back. On april 6th also i got a mail with the same content. I am not able to track the amount . Kindly help me to get my hard earned money back. Please find the attached proofs. Contact me on [protected].
