Sir, I have booked a Micromax YU PHORIYA A Mobile phone through order N0 #[protected] on 25.02.2016 by paying Rs.5999/- through net banking . The product is delivareble with in 7 to 13 business day But I have not received any communication regarding phone dispatch till today.In the meanwhile I have learnt that there are many complaints against your store. Now, I am requesting you please refund my amount or otherwise, please send the phone immediately. I am facing problems & loss of my business due to my smart phone.
