[Resolved]  Syberplace E Solutions — Product not delivered after 1 month passed, need to cancel order and refund amount asap

An order was placed with order #[protected] on 8th march 2016, and done the payment through online on 8th march 2016.
It gets confirmed on the same day and status shows processing,

Also a mail received from syberplace is as

Dear customer,
We have received your order and it has been confirmed.
Your product will dispatch with in 7-13 business days.
Once it is dispatched we will share the tracking details.

After various mails and follow - they sent a new mail on 7th april

Dear customer,
We have missed your order fulfillment timelines, and have marked it for fulfillment.
We are in the process of reassigning it to new merchant. We will inform once the shipping date is confirmed by the merchant.

Finally i want to mailed to cancel my order #[protected], and refund my amount to my account number as below

Bank : hdfc bank
A/c number : [protected]
Ifsc code : hdfc0001897

But there is no revert from them.

i have placed an order on 17th February vide order no.[protected] for htc smartphone, the order confirmed on the same & the customer care responded by sending the mail your order will be processed in 7-13 BD, after several follow ups no dispatch affected till date. on 5th april a mail & sms from the syber customer care received mentioning the mistake committed for the delay in processing of the order & will be despacth by 11th april but till date neither responding to the mails nor they fulfilling the commitment.

hence i request the syber place to cancel the order & refund the amount.
this is he way syberplace treats there customers,
as per revert from syberplace, they have to get back to me within 3-5 days, from 25th April.
but today is 1st of may and i have no update,

is posting a complain on this site is just a formality, no actions are being taken from authority.
is website is just working like a postman serivice
or will work like a inspector.

this comment is for forum, if you are a genuine, pls solve th issue ASAP.
otherwise you are also like SYBERPLACE, making fools of customers.

i think notifications we received are from forum itself not from the organisation to whom complain is posted
