I ordered Samsung J7 of Rs. 13000/- dt. on 25.02.2016 vide order no.[protected]. I have already made the full payment through my credit card but still i have not received the order and also fail to communicate with their customer care. they are making fool that they have sent the order but i have not received the tracking number from their side, so i want to know exact status of my order, if they are not able to deliver the phone than i want to refund my money asap.
