Sir, I purchased a mobile Lenovo A2010 4G (Black) on 12 march 2016 but till 24 April 2016 syberplace has not shipped mobile and also has not given any response to any of my emails. I asked them to refund my amount but the same is not processed till date. Please help in this case to get the refund amount.
