Syberplace E Solutions — Vendor not paid for item sold

Hi,

I have signed up with syberplace as a vendor and have listed my product (Mobile phone). & to my surprise i received 4 orders of mobile. I doubted the orders as there were 2 orders and both the orders were on cod, both the orders were placed via a corporate address, both of hyderabad city (Same city of syberplace origin) & both the orders contains order for 2 mobiles of the same model. I mailed & called up syberplace account manager mr. Ankit goel & explained him that i feel that these orders are fake. But he arrogantly replied me why it is not possible and asked me to ship it immediately else will incur penalty. I dis so and have shipped the orders. The order details are oder #[protected] &[protected] datd[protected] &[protected], for which they assigned me xpressbees courier tracking numbers. The courier reached the buyer safely and the payment was done for cod order by the buyer i felt happy that the orders are successfully completed. After 10 days i received a mail in which it was mentioned that 2 mobile phone are getting returned. I mailed & called up the account manager and told him that i have joined syberplace just because they have no return policy for which he gave me an explanation that no opened or seal broken parcel is accepted. I asked him how he is so sure that the customer has not opened or broken the seal. I even asked him that if the fake orders were placed by sybeplace team just to show that how fast we can receive orders on syberplace. But he denied and told me that he knows that the product is intact & sealed packed. Anyways the return was forced on us and i received the product back after 25 days. Was happy to see that the product was intact & sealed packed. Then i started chasing sybeplace for the payment of the 2 mobile order which was successfully completed. I received the answer that due to some techinical issue payments will be done in the first week of august 2016. Since last week i an trying & chasing syberplace but i am not getting any resopnse. I called up ankit goel but he told me that he has left syberplace & gave me number of anuj gang. I am calling anuj since last 1 week but he is not answering the call neither replying on mail. My amount is of rs 28000/- for 2 mobile handset. I would request a stern action on these fake market place.
