[Resolved]  Syberplace — Making delay in refund w.r.t. cancelled order

I place a order of sony xperia mobile at syberplace.com on 2 dec. but team sybeplace can, t able dispatch order even taking the 10 days. then i place a request to cancel my order and refund my money back. now i try to contact them on compant helpline and chat option but no one give clear information about my refund status . even they left to reply on chat helpline as well as fone helpline. so help me and make my refund as soon as possible. order id.[protected] contact - praveen [protected]@yahoo.com, [protected]
