Syberplace — Not refunding my money more than 9 days | |||||
I had order a product from SyberPlace.com an iball infinito2 of Rs.6549 on 11/1/16 but they didn't provide any notifications about or whenever I try to call them their team didn't pick up any calls l. I email them that I want to cancel my product and return my money back, they immediately cancel my order but when it come to refund my money they didn't did it. They just gave me false compliment that refund process is 8-9 business day but its been more than 9 days I didn't get my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
