I had placed an order with order #[protected] on 27th FEB 2016, and done the payment through online on 27th FEB 2016.
It gets confirmed on the same day and status shows processing,
Also a mail received from them is as
Dear customer,
We have received your order and it has been confirmed.
Your product will dispatch with in 7-13 business days.
Once it is dispatched we will share the tracking details.
I am daily checking for the status and it is continuously showing processing. I also sent various mails but getting no response. pls help.
