Syberplace — Refund not received even after six months for order no:[protected] | |||||
Dear sir, I had ordered a yu yuphoria 16gb (Black/silver) phone at syberplace.com on 25.02.2016 after paying rs 5999 /- through pnb netbanking method. Syberplace did not deliver the product as per their delivery commitment i. E within 13 days from the order date. My order no is[protected] dated 25.02.2016. I contacted syberplace through phone and mail for more than 50 times for the past six months. On 11th march 2016 syberplace replied to my mail that they will be sending the refund cheque to my address but even after one month i did not receive any cheque from them and they are not responding to my mails. I am afraid i need to take legal action against syberplace if they are not refunding my hard earned money. I request you to kindly help me to get my refund amount along with interest at the earliest as i have been waiting for more than six months. I have book one mobile phone online site syberplace on dated[protected] and done the 100% payment they also sent order confirmation mail but after that no any communication from last 13 days.But still no any updates even i tried there contact numbers but no response kindly assist me in this regard.
