[Resolved]  Symphony — Air cooler not cooling

Hi, I have bought a symphony air cooler one month back and the cooler is not working. I have registered my complaint on symphony website. They have sent me a complaint number and the phone number of the person who is supposed to come and check the cooler. but no body is answering the call since many days. They are least bothered. Whenever I try to register the complain again they send a message saying this complaint is already under consideration. But no one is picking the call. What should I do. I want either they repair or replace the product as soon as possible. Thanks, Fatema
