[Resolved] Symphony Air Coolers — Worthless company - non existent service | |||
My cooler has some or the other problem every year, though i use only for 3 months a year. The service logging mechanism is amazing fully automatic and there aftetr they will automatically close the ticket. i raised again same thing happened again and asked me to raise another ticket...trust me i called up to the mobile number that came thru sms somebody will say we will com today.. no body has turned up even afetr 10 days.. Non sense product and service PLease DONT buy any Symphony air coolers product Was this information helpful? | |||
