Symphony — Bad After Sales - Customer Service. | |||
I have purchased the Symphony Storm cooler in May 2012. This is a complaint for the most pathetic after sales customer services provided by the Symphony Team. I Have had registered a complaint with Symphony over the phone on 12th May 2014 - Service Request No. SVM12E12017 and was informed of a revert within 24 hrs from the service executive. a Till date after completing almost 2 months of registering my complaint I havent seen any service executive to help service the cooler. However I have received five to six calls of false promises that they will come one fine day. The sad part is that they still are unapologetic at all. To add to this they boast fully share their Area Heads number - Snehal who is the Ahmedabad area head and ask to complaint about them or do whatever for they know it is going to come back to them and no one in symphony is interested in helping the customers. But I will make sure to never recommend Symphony to anyone on this earth for sure. It is better to buy an unbranded assembled cooler from a roadside shop and not expect any warranty, service or help then to buy if from Symphony and expect anything. I am not expecting any kind of response on this complaint from Symphony after knowing the kind of customer service and team they have held. Regards, Vishal Ahmedabad. Post this complaint here, i have again received 4-5 calls that they are going to come within a day or two but I havent yet seen them near my house. Moreover the summer season has also ended, so thank you so much for providing such a wonderful experience and making me realise that it was the biggest mistake in the world to go for symphony coolers a company not worth relying on atleast with the customer services.
I once again request all the buyers to never go for any symphony product.

Symphony — Cooler not working properly and their online customer care portal not working, IVRS does not reply back after complaint
I have made several complaints last year also and this year too. There is no reply back from Symfony. I purchased this cooler last year and its not working properly.40%
