[Resolved] Symphony Cooler — No service even after 40 days of complain

Hi All,
I had bought cooler from snapdeal on date : 19- April -2014 (Invoice Number :3BE3AF/14-15/101).
After few days only cooler motor stopped working even remote control is not working. i have made complain on 1- june 2014.
after registering complain they provided complain number BL-DS-1F14004 and message service exectuve number MURALIKRISHNAN(mob number :[protected]). But till now i never got any call from symphony nor they are picking the call.
Till today i have tried more than 60-70 times but i have never got any response from any one.
This is so frustrating and irresponsible behavior from symphony service care. I want to return the cooler and get my money back.
Please help me on the same.
