[Resolved] Symphony Coolers — No After sales service | |||
I have purchased a Symphony cooler in May 2014. After 1 month its stopped working. I have raised a complain on 2nd June regarding the same. Till now no one from Symphony has called or attend the service request. There is no call center in symphony where i cal follow up. Its only a IVR where i am unable to register another request as my earlier request is still pending. Now on 18th June i have got a SMS that the service request is closed. Symphony immediately called me and send the service person to resolve the issue. It was done within 3-4 days of complaint. Symphony Limited customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
