Symphony — Defective Cooler | |||
I bought a Symphony Air cooler model name winter on 26-5-15 from above mentioned dealer. On 28-5-15 the pump stopped working, I called up the dealer to lodge a complaint and next day when nothing happened i raised a complaint myself on 29 may-15 on symphonylimited.com website. The complaint id was JP-AD-30E15003 it wasn't resolved till 1 June 2015 and i got the piece changed from the dealer after heated discussion with service guy and dealer. The new piece didn't worked at all on the very first day itself, the pump had issues. The service guy finally turned up on 2nd June and fixed the pump. But as soon we started the cooler the fan blades had issues, they went into and upward direction towards cieling, i logged a complaint that moment itself with a complaint no JP-KD-2F-15010 which they closed on 4th June stating the part is not available. The pump of the cooler again stopped working and was corrected in due course but the fan blades issue still remain unresolved. A new complaint was logged on 4th June no JP-KD-4F-15016 which they closed on 11th June. I talked with KD infotechs Mr Pradeep several times, then to Mr Arjun Lal Service head Rajasthan and then on Monday 15th June and Today 18th June I spoke to Mr Vora Zonal Service head but to no avail.
