Symphony Limited — 4 unit castor wheels, 2 units castor legs Missing

I brought a symphony diet 35T cooler on 11/04/2021. I found 4 unit castor wheels, 2 units castor legs missing from the box. I therefore reached the dealer for the same, He said that it may be missing from the time of delivery.

So please take necessary actions and get me the missing items.
