Symphony Limited — air cooler cooling pads | |||
I have following up symphony customer care for cooling pads since 2 weeks but they are assigning my service request to the service center which doesn't have cooling pads that suits my cooler. Service center people keeps on saying everytime we have ordered for cooling pads and after 1 week we will receive. Generally in may climate will be very hot and that's when we require cooler and if service gets delayed in this way may month will complete and there won't be no use of service getting done later. I have booked a complaint saying that it is leaking on 04th may19, till now nobody attend again I have remind on 11th may'19 but still nobody turned up. Such a brand company and service is very bad. I think they will repair after summer goes.
