[Resolved] Symphony Limited — Air Cooler Diet 22T | |||||
I raised a complaint in the last week of March 2017 and a technician came on 1st of April 2017. He Changed the pump motor of the cooler saying it is not functioning and charged me 1250 for it (850 for pump motor + 400 Visiting charges). And now from the last 2 days (15th April 2017, again same problem is coming. I doubt whether he replaced a new pump motor or not because as I see, there was no packing when he took the new one out. I called the customer care again today and they are saying that I need to pay again 400 Rs visiting charges. Is it the mistake on my side that I keep on paying 400 for every technician visit in a single month or continuously? Was this information helpful? | |||||
