[Resolved] Symphony Limited — Air cooler is broken | |||||
We have purchased air coller on 16-april-2016 from hari om electricals shop. On the same day we got to know that water is leaking and we have registered the complaint on same day. Electrician has come and he told us that water pipe is broken and it will be fixed in 15-20days. There is no response from any one from the company. Now they are telling that company os not responsible for pipe. We are purchasing the cooler for worth rs 10000. And there is no responsibilty of company for providing us the broken pipe or you can say broken cooler. Was this information helpful? | |||||
