[Resolved]  Symphony Limited Air Coolers — No service even after a week

I have booked a complaint on 24.04.2014 & I got a sms from Symphony mentioning my complaint no. as BL-DS-24D14011 and also mentioned That Mr Murlikrishna will attending my complaint within 24 hours. But he has not shown up so far, I have called him several times but he has shown no interest to attend my complaint when my product is within guarantee period. Should I need to go to consumer forum to get the matter resolved ? Its not even a month since i bought this Kaizan jr product & i am regereting the decision big time, i am thinking about filing a legal consumer court case against Symphony & hopefully, all the people who has complaints against such a bad service of Symphony will join me.
