Symphony Limited — Closed my complaint while the problem remained unresolved | |||
I bought cooler on 31/03/2019. My cooler stopped working i raised complaint on 25/03 2020 (Cn[protected]) which is under warranty. Due to lockdown there is delay in sending technition. He made visit in mid of may. He inspected and said some parts damaged that can replaced freely after consulting their office. Due to lockdown there is shortage of stock once stock is available they can replace it. Once again called customer care to know the status. They said complaint is closed. But problem is not resolved i again raised complaint-cn[protected]. Now they saying it won't come under warranty. It worst service from symphony Was this information helpful? | |||
