Hi. Maine cloud cooler ko liye 1 month ho chuka hai. Mai aaj tak 10 se jayda bar symphony customer care ko complaint kar chuki hu. Har bar bas yahi reply milta hai ki hamara technician aapke pas 24 -48 hr mai puch ke aapki complaint attend ki jaye gi.. But abhi tak muze koi solution mahi mila.. Mai chahati hu ki company ek to money refund kare ya exchange kare de but kuch to solution do.. Bcz cooler ka use summer ke liye liya jata hai.
