[Resolved] Symphony Limited — Complaint no. gh_rk_1e16001 not resolved | |||||
I made a complaint egarding my cooler(100i) on 1st May. A technician came and replaced the pump . After 2 hours my cooler started giving the same problem again. I made the complaint again, the next day and was told that it would soon be resolved. But even after repeated calls to area supervisor, my complaint has still not been resolved.in spite of repeated calls and mails nobody has made a call. I did not expect such response from such a big name as symphony. Was this information helpful? | |||||
