Complaint no hy-rv-5e17004 is still pending since 07 may 2017. I contacted many service executives, but it has not been resolved. Because of your defective product i am suffering a lot. Your technician had visited, and was assured that he will replace the defective part within a week. Since last one i am suffering. It is requested look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest. Buying your product i paid a heavy price in this horrible summer.
