I regret the purchase of the symphony cooler..
I have ordered one on[protected]
I have received on[protected]
I found it damaged...after so much struggle i got the customer care number connected
I raised a complaint on[protected]
They closed it and raised another complaint themselves on[protected]
After so much of follow-up engineer visited my home on[protected]
I asked for replacement but they said there is no replacement option...but on website they mentioned that they have 10 days replacement policy...
They took it for repair on 7th..till now not resolved...i called customer care today and they are saying complaint has been closed...
One more thing is customer care people will disconnect your call or they say application is not responding..they won't connect to superior too .
I called 5 times today...
Please do not go for such products...after sales support is worst...
