[Resolved] Symphony Limited — Defective cooler supplied by dealer also symphony customer care not responding | |||||
Respected sir, I have purchased symphony touch 110 air cooler from vidyut electronics raebareli on 06.04.2017. Dealer sold out faulty cooler. After so many reminders they didn't solve the problem. When i install found that their blower cover, clump and plate are broken. From dated 28.05.2017 i call so many times to the dealer and customer care. Both dealer and customer care are not solving the problem. Dealer denied to take back faulty cooler and customer care said your problem will be resolved in next 2 days today its almost 15 days and not getting any response from them.
