[Resolved] Symphony Limited — delay in providing warranty service

I logged a complain regarding the air cooler diet-50i (Which is still in warranty). They gave me a complaint id dl[protected]. But, they are not fixing it. Whenever i call them they put me on hold for 15 minutes and give me a standard reply that they will escalate this issue with their manager. It has been more than 15 days since i logged the complaint.

My issue has been resolved now. Thank you consumer complaints and Symphony for fixing my cooler.
