[Resolved] Symphony Limited — Diet 50i/ worst service experience | |||||
I bought a Symphony diet i50 cooler on 4/4/2015. On 3rd may 2016 around 2:00am IST I woke up choking in a room filled with smoke. The cooler had caught on fire and started circulating fumes into the room. I put out the fire immediately and logged a compliant with the company via sms as their website complaint system was not functioning. After 2 weeks of continuous calls and follow up a technician showed up on 15 may 2016. After the inspection he stated that the whole set ( motor, fan and outer shell ) would have to changed. I told them in advance that I wont be paying for the fault in the machine, for that the technician stated that the problem occurred as it crossed warranty period. So are these products so substandard? after I refused pay the there has been zero response from Symphony limited to rectify the issue. They have stopped replying to my messages. I am seeking redressal for the physical damage and mental and bodily issues that I went through post this incident. Thee complaint number for the incident is BL-SL-3E16002. Recently I got a message from the company after one month that the complaint has been closed. yet I don't have a repaired cooler. Was this information helpful? | |||||
