Symphony Limited — Diet air cooler

I have purchased my Diet air cooler of symphony from Chroma store Ahmedabad.
I have not used it for two years.
Today when I took it out for operating the water is flowing out and the rubber washer behind (for preserving/storage of water is found leaking and water is flowing out and not stored.
I want new rubber washer to fix the issue.
please provide me new rubber washer or the place from where I can get it at Rajkot.
