[Resolved] Symphony Limited — Extra Charges without giving service | |||||
Dear sir/madam, I was booked service request for service and change of winter cooler pad (Khas) and the same was attended on dated 18th april evening by mr. Sandeep & amit-[protected] & [protected]. Your technicians just replaced the pad (Khas) & charged for that is rs. 850/- and saying that “ hum 850 me sirf pad (Khas) change karte hain aur iski cost 850/- hai“. I again consult with mr. Dharmendra -[protected] and he told his technicians that clean the entire collar with oiling of motors but finally they don’t do nothing and closed their work. For which we paid him rs. 850/-. Please refer attached invoice details in which mr. Sandeep also written that “ kewal pad change kiya”. Just check with concern dealer and take legal action against such fraud with customers. Kindly arrange to refund of 400/- because no one can pay inr: 850/- to replace pad (Kha) otherwise i’ll proceed to consumer forum. Thanks. Was this information helpful? | |||||
