Really very disappointed with the service of Symphony .I had purchased a Diet 3d 40i cooler last week on 14th april. The cooler was purchased online from the company website. The product did not work for even 15 minutes, hence had raised a replacement request
The replacement request order 19894-1 is open since 2 days - with no response from the courier agency.
The call center people are really annoying as they do not have details and no confirmation is provided by them.
Can you help in this matter urgently please?
I wish to approach the consumer court for providing a faulty piece in the first place and then troubling the customer by not picking it back urgently for getting a replacement.
