Firstly, I purchased a Symphony hi Flo model on April. After 2 months the pump stopped working and I registered a complaint asap. But for 2 months no one visited.
I just saw them giving one call and as I was busy, the person did not even care to call back or follow up. The what's app support is so horrible n useless.
The service team who spoke to me on call said that I registered complain on one more number. Such, sad liars, i have only one number and none other.
Even worst, after pursuing these people, I logged a complain again and an engineer visited replaced the part. The worst part here is, the service engineer is asking me to pay them 470rs, the product is in warranty and it is just 4 months old. These people never even told me about any payment. Mainly, why should I pay them when the product is in warranty.
I refused to pay.
I turned on my cooler after 2 days and it is leaking water all over, the installation was done in such a horrible way, that my room has become completely wet and it is so hazardous. The water, is spurting out from the blower. Worst product. I want a refund.
