I purchased symphony sumo 75xl desert cooler on 6 month before.in the 6 month I am facing so many issues in that cooler.i that cooler if i on means shock will occur in the full body.yesterday my 10 month baby unfortunately touch that she will shocked.i complaint about issue with the technician.they will change the cooler pump 3 times again the same issue i am facing.so again i am not do service.i want the replacement of the product.technician team told due over voltage only this will happen they told for that I installed the inline stabilizer for home now my home voltage is 210v only.so take necessary action against it and change the product.i purchased this product in darling electronics Cuddalore.yesderday techinician will and check they the issue in the home wiring and there is no issue in the cooler.yesterday I checked (phase to neutral voltage-199), (phase to earth voltage-199) and (neutral to earth voltage-0.4v) but ur technician team told (neutral to earth voltage 2v to 7v)is the proper earth they told but proper earth voltage is 0v to 3v(Max) for domestic.they didn't accept there issues.i share the photos of that also.so kindly take necessary action against that.
