I purchased this cooler on 2nd of april 2019 directly from dealer vinod electronics in chittoor district, andhra pradesh. I faced problem with this product in first week of purchasing. We didnt get cool breeze. Not only myself but alsoone of my colleague also got the same problem. When we asked for exchanging, the dealer is denying and their service is also very poor. Dey r not responding at all. Can u help me regarding this problem? Please do exchange. Hoping to listen u soon.
