I received my air cooler with order reference 7944. The packaging was bad due to which when I received the product I found a dent on one side of the cooler. There was no product catalog or brochure with the product. Therefore, I do not know how to fill water, how to make it operational.
I wrote 3 emails to customer care with no response.
Very disappointing. Regret I bought directly from symphony. The same product is available 10% cheaper from Amazon with top of class servuce Was this information helpful? |
