[Resolved] Symphony Limited — Pump not working after a month | |||||
I have ordered for water pump and got it fixed on 6th March. Its not working from a week and I called the service person and he asked me not raise the request and he'll come and change it. Later in the night he again called and asked me for service charge. I already paid Rs. 800/- for pump and Rs 400/- as a service charge and he is asking it again. I don't see any place on the symphony website to raise the request. I have the receipt and he also said on that day if I face any issues then call him. Now he is behaving like this. I Purchased Air cooler ACOTO176 DIET 12 T From MEERA ENTERPRICES 193, Bharadiyar Road, KARAIKAL, Pondichery State on[protected]. It was happy when i purchased.But from[protected] the air flow control is not working.It makes me lot of mental agony during this hot climate.Can i expect immediate service. please.
