Symphony Limited — Received defective product. Facing many problems within 4 months of purchase

We bought symphony storm 70XL Desert cooler on 25th march 2022. From Day 7 of purchase we are facing problems with this one. At first water motor got damaged and service agent after two complaints replaced it with new motor. Now sparking and firing is happening near blower. Whatsapp customer support is not available and they are not registering complaint also. Even they blocked account on Twitter also. If you can’t respect customers, how can you behave in such a way ! We would like to get refund or replace this one with a new product. This is the defective piece, accept your mistake and show some respect to the money we paid. Hoping for a better response atleast now.
