[Resolved] Symphony Limited — Replacement of grass pads of Jumbo cooler

In spite of putting request on 15.04.2017 for replacement of pads in my Jumbo cooler the technician did not visited my house. Today evening 17.04.17 when I contacted the technician on his number - [protected], who had given me 17.00 hours (5 pm) for visit, he simply refused to come and said that he cannot come.
