[Resolved] Symphony Limited — Service engineer charge for visiting. | |||||
Hi booked complain for service of cooler with ref no HY-KU-11D17007 on 11th april 2017. one service engineer S.KUMARAVEL, Mobile No: [protected] was assigned to me, but he never turned up. and worst part he was not reachable on number shared with me. i filed another complain with ref no HY-AK-22D17015 on 22-apr-2017, he came on 23 after repeated request. but the worst part is even i explained the all issue on phone, he did not brought the spare part alone with it. he diagnosed the issue and charge us 400 rs. i told to fix the issue by replacing the item, and he repliyed he has no spare parts and he will come next day for it. and it will change another 400 rs for next day he comes. So why this worst service provided by you. please look into it and take necessary action so consumer are not make scrape goat for your worst service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
