Purchased SUMO IN June 2016. Changed pads in March 2019.Now my cooler has started to run slow and Air delivery is very poor. Service call registered No NA [protected]. Technician was unable to detect the problem and suggested that Run the cooler as it is and when the Motor stops change the Motor..Is this the way of solving the problem? If you engage Cheap Service Centre then this will be the result. If you house ceiling fan/table fan is running slow then you do not wait until the motor is dead and replace the Motor. Such absurd suggestion was never heard off but Symphony person can advice . I am repenting having purchased such a third calls cooler which cannot even last for 3 seasons. I shall put this up in Whats App and Face Book and caution people against purchasing symphony coolers. Was this information helpful? | |||
