I brought a symphony air cooler last month, with in a month i call to customer service lot of time. I have a problems like water pump not working, water coming out, cooling not working. Technician coming and checking the problem. One or two days again the same problem. I ask them to exchange that but they are saying only we will do the service, we will not exchange the product.in one month this much problem means, how this product will work for long time.

I took cooler in last month from that cooler is having so many problems like bad smell or odour, now the water pumping motor itself not working and not pumping water these are all in single month of purchase and symphony service engineer not available at gangavati koppal dsit. To repair what service is Symphony is giving. I don't know.
