Symphony cloud air cooler which was purchased two weeks back has an issue with water leakage wherein after multiple service request and calling customer care multiple times there are no response nor anyone has visited or called to resolve the matter. When there is 1 year warranty why the customer service is not providing its after sales service to its customers, can someone please call and resolve the issue with the cooler.
