Symphony Limited — symphony cooler - defective product

I purchased symphony touch 20, and got issues from day1 like dripping water, cooling issue, air not blowing out.
Now got issue of air not blowing out, and cooler completed 1 year i month date, and company is asking for, 600 rs charges. For telling issue-200 and and rectifying issue-400. How cheating it is and charging such a huge amount.
Please reduce the charge amount, and do proper servicing, instead of selling defect products. If you can take back the product and return me another still good.
