Symphony Limited — symphony cooler issue swing blade issue - no resolution

We have purchased the symphony cooler on 6th may and immediately after purchasing it (24th may) we have started getting multiple trouble in the swinging blade one of them is broken and other one automatically goes upwards.
We have logged multiple complaints regarding this issue and when service executives came they took photographs of the defects and said that the part will come from ahmedabad so ask us to wait however after some time they closed the service request without any resolution.
As of today, following all service request has been closed without any resolution.
We have purchased this product considering the brand value of the symphony for which we had paid extra amount then a regular brand. We are looking for a resolution to this problem.
